2025 District Census

Jasper-Trouspburg Central School is conducting a school census to get the most accurate and complete number and names of persons living within our district.  It is important that one form be filled out for each household that is in the Jasper-Troupsburg School District and has children aged birth to 22 years, even if the children do not attend Jasper-Troupsburg School District.  It is very important that we have current and accurate data.  Please complete this form ONLY if there are children birth to 22 years of age living at your address.
